EVOLT 360 BODY SCANS

We will be having someone bring in the Evolt 360 to do body scans every 6-8 weeks! This is a great way to monitor your progress in so many different ways! Scans will be done at PrettyFit Athletics.

• Weight
• Lean body mass
• Body Fat percentage
• Bio Age
• Fitness level
• BMR
• TEE
• Hydration levels

And SO much more. See a copy of the report below that you will be provided with. With this knowledge and baseline you will be well on your way to a healthier you! On the back of the printout is a detailed explanation of all the information. For more information check out the Evolt 360 website here

The Evolt 360 is the Gold Standard in the fitness industry!!

Members - $45 per scan (Gold and Silver Memberships)

Non- Members - $55 per scan

Drink 8 ounces of water an hour before your scan. Nothing to eat or drink 1/2 before scan. You may wear whatever you like but the scan will be done barefoot. If you have a pacemaker or are pregnant you cannot be scanned.
